Services / Intelligence Services

Signals that change decisions.

Threat intelligence has a measurable failure rate: how much of it was read, and how much of what was read changed anything. Most feeds score zero on both. We only send you things with a decision attached.

The difference

A feed is not intelligence.

Buying an indicator feed gives you millions of records about attacks on other people's infrastructure. It is genuinely useful for a detection engine and almost useless for a human being trying to decide what to do this quarter.

Intelligence is the part after filtering: this actor, targeting your sector, using this technique you happen to be exposed to — therefore do this specific thing. If we can't finish the sentence with a recommendation, we don't send it.

How it works

Collection with a question behind it.

  1. 01

    Write down the questions

What decisions are you actually trying to make — vendor risk, regional expansion, an M&A target, a sector threat picture? Requirements first.

  2. 02

    Collect against them

Criminal forums, breach and leak data, dark-web markets, code repositories and open sources, aimed at your questions rather than swept broadly.

  3. 03

    Analyse and discard

Most of what's collected doesn't matter to you. Filtering hard is the work — an analyst assesses relevance and confidence, and says so explicitly.

  4. 04

    Deliver with a recommendation

Every product ends with what we think you should do, and how confident we are. Including "nothing, and here's why".

What you get

Products, not a subscription.

  • Sector threat picture

Who is actually targeting organisations like yours, with what, right now.

  • Exposure and leak monitoring

Credentials, documents and infrastructure of yours appearing where they shouldn't.

  • Investigative support

Targeted work on a specific actor, incident, vendor or acquisition, on request.

  • Assessed recommendations

Every item with a confidence level and a stated action — or an explicit "no action needed".

Buried in feeds nobody reads?

Tell us the three decisions you're trying to make. We'll tell you what would actually inform them.
